Yoga started as a physical benefit to my body but quickly became a benefit to every aspect of my life. My passion for wanting others to nourish and love themselves is what guided me to my yoga teacher training.

Kripalu - All Levels Yoga

Nancy first discovered yoga in 1995, after years of chronic sports injuries. Eventually the pain diminished while her strength and flexibility increased. In 2007 she became a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Councilor and was awakened to what yoga is really all about; increased self-awareness of our physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual body. This transformation was so profound that it became the base for the style of Yoga Nancy teaches today. Nancy’s style invites this deep inner exploration, encouraging participants to breathe and feel more deeply to open our awareness, cultivating  calm and inner peace.
