HAKOMI PRACTICE
[TEMPORARILY CANCELLED] 10:00-5:00  Sep 29, Nov 3, Dec 1

Hakomi is an invitation to deeply accept and respect all parts of oneself with compassion.  It is a pathway to nourishment and healing through loving presence, present moment experience, curiosity and experimentation with assistance from experienced and compassionate guides.
Hakomi is the journey of assisted self-study, by noticing what arises inside without judgement, to take a path of mindfulness to deep and abiding healing.  The method is gentle, experiential, often playful and always revealing.  We create an experience of greater freedom of choice and relief from unnecessary suffering through the ever deepening and knowing of oneself.
